What began as a simple idea in 2015, to bring women together in support of Ivy Tech students, grew into a statewide movement. That idea became Circle of Ivy.
From 132 members in 2015 to more than 2,000 women across Indiana over the past decade, our members are the driving force behind everything we do.
These passionate, generous women give more than just resources, they give opportunity, and community. Through their collective impact, Circle of Ivy members have funded hundreds of projects that remove barriers and help students succeed, from emergency aid to educational tools, mentoring, and more.
Their belief in the power of education continues to open doors for Ivy Tech students, and that belief is what keeps Circle of Ivy thriving.
Honoring Our Founding Members
Circle of Ivy began with 13 visionary women and one powerful idea: to bring women together in support of Ivy Tech students.
Their belief in the strength of collective giving laid the foundation for what would become a movement. With passion, purpose, and a deep commitment to student success, they invited others to join, and by the time of the first annual event on October 30, 2015, that circle had grown to 132 members.
These founding members set the tone for what Circle of Ivy would become: a statewide community rooted in generosity, leadership, and the unwavering belief that even the smallest gift can create a lasting impact.
Because of their vision, Circle of Ivy has grown to include over 2,000 members, raising more than $1.4 million and funding over 600 projects that remove barriers and open doors for Ivy Tech students across Indiana.
We are proud to honor the women who were the first to say “yes” and whose legacy continues to shape the future.
