The Foundation team has a number of marketing items we can provide to you. Please review the following and let us know what you need, and if so, what quantity. There is a comments section at the end if you have any questions or comments. Once we receive all responses we will mail a package with the items to you. For some items, we may need to order additional quantity, so please estimate the materials one month from the closing of the survey. Thank you!
